Hey there! My name is Stompy and I like helping people. I work a full-time, remote role at Sourcegraph with an amazing team of folks who support customers with Kubernetes and Docker deployments for our product. It's DevOps with a wider outlook on helping customers be successful. Our rapid portfolio of customers includes huge names like; Twitter, Uber, Apple, Roblox, Airbnb, Salesforce, Capital One, Roku, Glovo and many more! I work remotely and in a distributed team and it's been such an amazing experience meeting cool human beings from different countries and working towards a common goal. I've been working professionally for 1o years now (and counting).
On the side, I am 110% focused on my mission to help folks get remote jobs product and so far I've been able to help 6 folks in a 1:1 setup. Thus far, 1 has been able to get a job! From a young age, I've always wanted to do great things and as I grew older, realized that the greatest things are the most humbling ones.
Jason Fried, Amy Hoy and Nathan Barry have taught me that making money is a skill but is dependent on one single thing, how much value you give in return. Whether to a company or to total strangers. With that knowledge I set out to master earning as a value creator. My first year I made $8,000. Not bad for a complete newbie.
Now I want to help other people earn more from the vast opportunities available on the internet through full-time, part time and freelancing employment opportunities all while having fun in my full-time job.

Built and managed business relationships with a portfolio of 20+ customers, including Pfizer, Astrazeneca and Novartis. Presented and demo’d SaaS solutions to C-level executives. Negotiated and finalized multi-year, new and renewal contracts generating $6M in annual revenue(2020).
Provided thought leadership based on customer needs/strategic goals, provided insights and advice, as part of a customer-engagement approach system to retention. Grew adoption and resulted in onboarding 4 new customers resulting in $300K worth of sales.
Spearheaded project management and acted as the first point of contact for customers. Managed customer launches, onboarding and hyper-care technical support. Proactively addressed customer health risk points for customer churn, pre and post delivery of SaaS products and APIs , reducing churn from 8% to <3%.
Led customer training sessions and collaborated in creating help documentation, training content to help customer implementation.

I'm a dog guy and I used to have a 2 and a half year old German Shepherd before he passed (RIP Gunna). Currently, I have a cat which recently gave birth and two rabbits.
I try to exercise often and enjoy lifting weights at the gym.
